Terms of service
Last updated 7 November 2026
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Enzomo (“Enzomo”, “we”, “us”) for the Enzomo app and the enzomo.com website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Who can use Enzomo
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
Your account
You sign in with a code we email you, or with Apple or Google. Keep access to your email and those accounts secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at the address below if you think someone else has used it.
Subscriptions and free trial
- Enzomo Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy. Prices may differ by country and include any taxes the store collects.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged at the end of the trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase or when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Enzomo account doesn’t cancel it. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We can’t issue refunds for store purchases.
- If we change the price, the store will tell you in advance, and where required ask you to agree, before the new price applies.
Health and safety
Enzomo gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and doesn’t replace a doctor, physiotherapist or dietitian.
- Talk to a doctor before you start a new exercise program or change how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or injury, or take medication.
- Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath.
- Use equipment safely, warm up and choose weights you can control. You train at your own risk.
- Calories and nutrients are estimates based on typical recipes and portions. Always check ingredients yourself if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Enzo and AI features
Enzo and meal snaps use artificial intelligence. Their answers can be wrong or incomplete, so check them before you rely on them, and use your own judgement about any change to your training or meals. Don’t use Enzo for medical emergencies or medical decisions.
Your content
You own what you add to Enzomo, such as logs, diary entries and messages. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display it only to run and improve the Service for you. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Break the law, or use the Service to harass, threaten or harm anyone.
- Share your account, or impersonate someone else.
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, sexual or hateful.
- Copy, scrape, download or redistribute the Service’s content, including exercise videos, or use it to train AI models.
- Reverse engineer the app, get around security or subscription checks, or overload our systems.
Our content
The Service, including the app, workouts, food library, text, design and exercise videos, belongs to Enzomo or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, while you follow these terms. Some exercise videos are licensed from third parties and may be streamed in the app only.
Other services
The Service relies on others, such as Apple and Google, whose own terms apply when you use them. We aren’t responsible for their services.
Changes to the Service and these terms
We improve Enzomo all the time and may add, change or remove features. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply. If you don’t agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
Ending your account
You can stop using Enzomo and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or the law, or if we must to protect other users or Enzomo. Where reasonable, we will tell you first. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licences, disclaimers and limits of liability) survive the end of these terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don’t promise any particular fitness, weight or health result. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited by contract.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, Enzomo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, or that was paid for your access, in the 12 months before the claim. We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us exclude.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first at hello@enzomo.com so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If we can’t, the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in your local courts.
Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Enzomo, not Apple, and Enzomo, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Enzomo, not Apple, is responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, and claims that it infringes someone’s intellectual property. You confirm you aren’t located in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren’t on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Enzomo about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a right straight away, we don’t give it up. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of our business.
